No to No

Today, a short statement on the little word “NO”:
The thing with the dear little word No and the perseverance required to handle it. Successful people have achieved their success because they do not accept a “No.” Instead, they ask themselves after every rejection:

“What must I do to turn this into a Yes?”

Therefore, whenever you receive a “No” from your desired company, please look for new ways. Either persist, like Alfons Schubeck, who reportedly made 35 attempts to secure a job with star chef Witzigmann. And it paid off. Or think about what ideas you can bring to the table or what market problem you can offer a solution to. Approach it in such a way that the company might change its mind and give you a second chance. In doing so, you also demonstrate another highly sought-after skill: solution orientation.
